Positive: Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room views were amazing and the room was spacious and comfortable. Really had a good night sleep.

Negative: The building is absolutely beautiful and the location is perfect. Having visited this hotel about 20 years ago, it is a bit run out and in desperate need of some renovations.
