Summary: Our room was upgraded. Great so we thought. The bed was a base with a 50 ml foam mattress on top of it. The foam was old and dirty. With the price we paid I would have expected a proper ensemble. We both had a very uncomfortable nights sleep waking up in pain. The room was clean. The staff were lovely and attentive.

Summary: The staff here are lead by the super amazing Rachele, who is very welcoming and a great host, and the staff continue this mantra, there were a few trainees who definately came out of their shell during our week there, just an amazingly friendly crew. We were made to feel like we were old friends. This is a destination for a super relaxing chilled vibe. Beautiful setting and people.
