Positive: Ideal location between the beach and downtown old Porto, with an (historic) streetcar and a direct bus to the old city. A really nice house with a charming decoration.

Positive: The house is beautiful, it has everything one could wish for for a work-and-holiday stay. Three big bedrooms with bathrooms, convenient kitchen and gorgeous common spaces, designed with special care for details. The house has AC, fast internet, a balcony and an inner patio and it's located just a short walk from the ocean shore. We could not have chosen a better place for our stay (6 people).

Negative: It would be convenient to have a laundry machine on site. But that's a small issue, everything else was great.

Positive: This is a unique property in an excellent location. The soft furnishings are all very comfortable and there are quality fittings throughout. There is a plethora of Art works that add to the special ambience of the place. There are excellent restaurants and cafes literally on the doorstep. The nostalgic tram passes by the window with the terminus a few metres away. It is very easy to get into town and very inexpensive using a taxi too. The children’s play room is a bonus and there is parking for a medium sized car in the integral garage. Everything comes together for a special stay.

Negative: Laundry facilities would have improved our experience. As a minimum something provided inside to hang wet clothes and laundry on particularly when the weather is wet.
