Positive: The view was lovely. The kitchen was well equipped. The onsite staff were very accommodating and friendly.

Negative: It was difficult to cool down the apartment once it got hot.

Positive: The appartment was nice and comfy.

Negative: During our stay, there was maintenance work being done in the neighboring apartment, and the loud drilling was extremely disruptive and annoying. As a result, we decided to leave a day earlier than planned. Additionally, the garbage had not been emptied before our arrival, which was disappointing.

Positive: Lovely original period apartment. Well appointed kitchen. Great shower room. Spacious and relaxing living room. Nice to see the sea and the ships at anchor in the distance. Safe underground parking and 24 hour concierge. Good WiFi.

Negative: The bed was comfy enough but the cheap IKEA frame was worn and creaky. It didn't match the quality of the rest of the flat.

Summary: Nice flat in a lovely building.

Positive: only the living room was a nice and pleasant place .

Negative: it was cold in the apartment .the radiators were set to a low temperature a and it was impossible to get more heat . the kitchen lacked basic things such as salt, oil, sugar and some basic spices.the owner has a lot to learn from other owners of other apartments especially not to be stingy .

Positive: First impression was a bit disappointing. But after I've been through other options in Porto - I can say that this apartment is quite good. Compared to Europe standards it's maximum 6/10. For Porto - 8/10. 1. Spacy apartment. You don't feel yourself 'in a box'. 2. Parking. Car lot 10m away from elevator that is 2 miters away from apartment door. Easiest bag transportation to the apartment in my life. 3. Heating. Good option for cold period in Porto. 4. Good internet. 5. Matras is quite comfy, but not the pillows. 6. Washing machine

Negative: 1. Very old and used. Forget about what you see on a photos. 2. Because of that a lot of things broken here and there. 3. Bedroom space is quite small and it's not comfy to access the bed. + you have to move the bed, to access the power socket. 4. Towels and bed sheets had awful smell. Like they been washed without washing powder and didn't dry out properly. 5. No dish-washer 6. Location is supposed to be a bonus, but in reality it's a 'middle of nowhere'. Closest mid-size grocery-store is ~20 minutes walk. Same to get to the beach. Same with the view. You can see a part of the ocean, but most of the 'view' is a forbidden garden/backyard where homeless lives.
