Positive: We came earlier than check in time, but the hotel gave us the room. Room was quite big and clean with quite comfy bad. Stuff were so kind and attentive. 2 hours later stuff brought fruits in our room. It was so nice. Spa zone was a little bit different than it’s on pictures on booking.com. So we were a little disappointed.

Positive: Everything was great. Even though the rooms were full, we were able to check in early. On the first day, we were tired from our long flight and were greeted with a fresh fruit tray in the room. The breakfast was varied and acceptable. All the staff were excellent, friendly and helpful, especially Ms. Elham and Ms. Ayshe at reception who were really great at checking us in early and greeting and finally seeing us off.
