Positive: I've been to Bangkok a few times and this is my favourite area. It's super close to the metro, china town and nice restaurants and bars. Excellent value for money.

Negative: The building itself could use a little clean up, but we really liked the place anyway considering the price and location.

Positive: Location is convenient and pleasant. Close to MRT, close to China town, close to Talat Noi. Easy to get everywhere, many local food places around. 7/11 direct next to hotel. Location have very nice atmosphere to stay.

Negative: WiFi is just weak, constantly Weak signal message, disconnecting all the time, I had to use mobile data. Its not suitable for work / youtube / or scrolling. Walls are from paper I think, you can hear everything from talking, snoring, sex and also farts from all your neighbours. Getting keys from locker box is also problematic, I had to call host to come because code I had just didn't work.

Positive: big room,nice position,really nearby Chinatown. easy to move around the city with bus from there.

Negative: no reception, for any need we needed to write via Line or email, and we were talking with a different person every time bcs they have many hotels in the city. the cleaning stuff that was there was at least helpful in the end...but the girl spoke no English at all,so we needed to communicate via Google Translate. the building was going under renovation at the ground floor so it was really noisy during the day and full of dust on the floor and on the stairs. we had a room at the second floor and the lift wasn't stopping at the second floor. so we were passing by the dust all the time and bring it to the room. when we arrived the room wasn't properly cleaned after the customer bfr, so we had dust and,hair on the floor and toothpaste on the sink. sink that was even full of ants for two days,so we needed to leave everything somewhere else. walls are so thin you can hear people talking and having sex all night,even BCS without reception is easier to bring someone else on the room. good for them, but wasn't the best for sleeping
