Positive: This is a charming house located very close to the old town high street but set back so it was wonderfully tranquil. The house is well decorated, the beds comfy and it had everything we needed with a family including Wi-Fi, TV and board games. The sea views from the terrace, lounge and bedroom were stunning! There was a lot to do within walking distance for all ages and more just down the road.

Negative: There is no car parking at the property although we found a spot for free a five minute walk away. There is a steep walk up to the property which the view makes up for but it could be challenging for those with mobility difficulties.

Summary: The new perfect restorative stay by the sea.

Positive: Lovely house in great location, beautifully furnished and extremely quiet. The beds were very comfortable and the property was equipped with everything you could possibly need. The owners were extremely helpful and professional.

Positive: An excellent location and the views of Hastings were lovely. It really was a home from home. Furnishings throughout the house were gorgeous and the kitchen was well equipped. Adriana's correspondence was excellent. We had a wonderful stay.

Negative: Check out at 11am would have been preferable.

Positive: The house has been decorated very stylishly and with a lot of care. It is quite high in the Old Town so you can sit outside and get a lovely view of the harbour. The bed was really comfortable. Adriana was a great host and provided lots of useful information about places to visit close by.

Negative: My only complaint would be that I like large bath towels or sheets when I have a shower, particularly as it is quite a cold house. Also access is not for anyone with any physical disability. The path is uneven and quite steep

Summary: We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come again. Great location with easy access to town
