Positive: The apartment itself was lovely and clean. Great view of Parliament House. Amenities were really good.

Negative: Not the easiest place to find with all of the construction occurring within the London Circuit. It was not clear what level the apartment was on (which was an entirely different level to the number of the unit) and the building itself was a little complicated by having 4 different quadrants and limited signage. It was also a little challenging to find our way to walk into town with all of the road blockages and construction however once we had our bearings, it was well situated.

Positive: Size was good and washing machine, dryer and kitchen facilities

Negative: Had to pick up the keys from across the street at a shop and they didn’t give instructions on where to go. It was hard to find where it was exactly, how to get in the underground parking and even finding the room was confusing lots of roadworks outside

Positive: Spacious, clean, looked like the pictures and had all the kitchen amenities you’d need for a few nights away. Decent pool, gym and sauna. Secure + parking. Close to most places.

Negative: Method of contacting was frustrating via another platform rather than on booking.com chat. It would have also been helpful to warn me beforehand regarding the major roadworks going on around the area / how to get to the parking garage as that took half hour of driving around and around trying to figure it out. Check out process was also frustrating as you need the keys to leave the garage but as I was leaving early, the location for key drop off wasn’t open yet so I had to come back at another time to return the keys.

Summary: Gets the job done for a short stay but communication and logistics need improvement

Positive: nicely furnished and good locating however the road works for new trams should be mentioned

Negative: access due to road works from key pick up .. then finding car park entry the instructions might need up dating with road works everywhere better directions once in car park to go to correct lift etc

Positive: Having a parking space was good and access to a gym and pool. Apartment was clean and tidy.

Negative: Instructions to find parking space were a little confusing as it said 2 right turns but there were 3. Also although we had apartment number there was no information on accessing the apartment from the parking space, including which floor to press on the lift. We had to find the right floor by trial and error.

Summary: We had a comfortable stay in a nice apartment.
