Summary: Front desk worker wasn’t so nice. Had us in a room right outside the pool having to listen to the large waterfall. Ask to be moved and he said no it would be an up charge. Then after viewing my room even more found that the sink was cracked. So then he decided to move us.

Summary: 5 days nice friendly staff room was nice refrigerator and microwave should of been replaced. rain came in the AC floor was soaked. BREAKFAST NOT INCLUDED. restaurant in hotel charged me almost $50 for my wife and me to get the breakfast buffet and coffee so you half to add that to o cost of room never staid anywhere that didn't have free breakfast

Summary: John & Rebecca at the front are awesome!! Super friendly and very informative of the building and even pointed out some nearby attractions & restaurants. We were impressed as soon as we walked in, we requested an extra day to stay to enjoy. Pool is awesome! The whole place is beautiful and well kept.

Summary: There with family for a family reunion. We had several rooms reserved and used the pavilion for a family get together. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Maids did a good job every day. The building as a whole is just wore out. Carpet stained, metal rusted, bathtub stained, furniture in bad shape. We had 3 different style ceiling tiles in our room. One room had the desk chair collapse and ambulance called to take family member to hospital. Was not a terrible stay, just expected the premises to have better upkeep. Thats all it would take to be a nice place again. I afraid the cons just outweighed the pros....

Summary: The rooms were dated, the beds were hard as a brick. The inside of the hotel where you check in was very clean, smelt wonderful and they have a restaurant that serves pizza which was 10/10!
