Positive: This property is my favourite to stay at when I am near Birmingham, the train Station is a 2 minute walk and from there the NEC is a 3 minute train ride, perfect for visitors of the NEC. The flat is just what you need after a day of work, it is comfortable, clean and feels like a home from home.I do not think I could rate it higher, 11 out of 10.

Negative: There is nothing to not like.

Summary: Perfect location making for a perfect stay, highly highly recommended.

Positive: Really good to arrive on Sunday and hosts had left some coffee, milk, cereal which was truly appreciated.

Negative: The only thing that caused me a bit of inconvenience was setting up my laptop as no real comfortable 'work' desk. I managed but in the spirit of genuine feedback, I mention it as I do intend to stay at this very comfortable property again.

Summary: Beautiful apartment - clean, beautiful grounds and hosts could not have been nicer.

Positive: The 1 bedroom apartment was clean, cosy and warm. No central heating but electric heater provided It is close to the train station and only 3 minutes by train to the NEC/ Birmingham airport. The welcome basket of bread, milk, butter and cereal was appreciated. The owner was welcoming and informed us of local shops. The village is very pretty and worth a walk around.

Negative: There was no oven or dishwasher. The hot shower water ran out in the evening, but was hot again for showers in the morning. There is some airplane noise but as its so handy for the airport, I cant complain. Just take ear plugs if a light sleeper.

Summary: Lovely place to stay if needing somewhere to stay for events at NEC or airport.

Positive: We thought the location was excellent for our visit to the NEC. We picked the venue because we read it was quiet and it was. We also liked the green views across the garden. The host was welcoming and helpful. It had everything we needed and was extremely clean, warm and modern.
