Positive: Restaurant closed

Negative: The price was a bit 'rich' given amenities and availability. We were catching an up coast ferry early the next day and needed the accommodation to suit, you have to pay the rate. Having stayed at this Inn once before, expectations were high, delivery a little bit less.

Negative: The sink was plugged in the bathroom and the toilet didn’t flush very well. Then the lights went out. It was a blackout for two hours from nine until 11:30 the electricity finally came back on when it was time to go to sleep

Positive: Good location on the harbour. Comfortable and clean rooms. Kitchenette well stocked for my stay.

Negative: It’s quite expensive for what it is but at the same time, Port Hardy is quite remote!

Positive: The view was fantastic. Bed comfortable. Room was fine, clean. Check in was easier than check out.

Negative: Restaurant was under repair. We picked that property because it had a restaurant and pub so that was disappointing to not know ahead of time. Asked for a receipt. Was told "no" because I booked thru booking.com

Summary: Overall, this place was good. Not having food available and no knowing was disappointing.
