Summary: Pros: The location was ideal, near the Plaza las Delicias and many restaurants. Convenient free parking on the street. The apartment was spacious and provided the basics needed for 4 adult travelers. The price was reasonable. Cons: Water temperature swung wildly between scalding hot and unheated which made showering uncomfortable. The floors were dirty and crud was visible in the corners and baseboards. It did not have the niceties that make travelers comfortable, such as bedside lights or hangers in the closet.

Summary: The stay was good for our trip purpose. The apartment was clean. Rooms had A/C. Main apartment area do not have A/C but one of the room's wall have enough space between it and the ceiling to allow A/C to cool down the area. No elevator, so it is a great opportunity to get your cardio. Building looks old and not so well maintained, but at the same time that unintentional vintage look has a kind of nice effect. Floors are not even, not sure if it has to do with some kind of expansion on the vinyl covering the floor. Very friendly and responsive staff.
