Located on the ground floor of the owners' house, this cottage has a living room / kitchen opening onto the terrace: dining area, integrated kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, small appliances), relaxation area with comfortable sofa (convertible for 2 extra people) in front of the fireplace (for pleasure), television and DVD player.
The bedroom for 2 people (160x200 bed) gives access to the veranda and has its bathroom (beautiful Italian shower with thermostatic tap) and a flat screen TV. Independent toilet. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer, storage.
Outside, closed terrace shaded by a canvas and foggers, with garden furniture. Relaxation lounge in the veranda. Owners parking available to park the vehicle under cover on the property (land under development).
