Positive: The contact and clear instruction and information from Christine from the first point of booking was excellent. The Gite was very well equipt. It had off road parking but also plenty of space on the road for our second car. Lovely little outdoor area but a shame it wasnt dressed with cushions etc. We took lots of blankets from our own home and made the outdoor comfortable.as this outdoor space is one of the reasons we booked this gite. The location was great and perfect to visit both the old town and the city in walking distance.

Negative: The spiral staircase was not great for my parents. I would recommend a photo being put on the booking sites incase people are travelling with older parents.

Positive: The host is very responsive on the booking,.com chat to respond to questions. In advance, she provided a property manual with instructions to access and enjoy the property. She was very warm and offered to pick up some basic foods to stock upon arrival. We had a full house at the property and she provided additional linens. She even offered to refresh the bathroom daily. Most importantly, she m ade herself available for a quick videochat on whatsapp to ensure a smooth arrival and answered any questions we had in advance.
