Positive: We love the location, the setting is extremely quiet and we slept so well each night. The countryside surrounding the property is beautiful. The house is so perfectly well equipped for elderly and disabled guests, we adore this house.

Positive: Lovely property. Plenty of space and immaculately clean. Well proportioned living space. Amazingly well equipped kitchen. Nothing was missing apart from another oven tray would have been handy as we had to buy one.

Negative: The property was very very hot with no ac or fans. As it is on a working cattle farm ( which we weren’t aware of ) we couldn’t keep the windows open because of the amount of flies. Also not enough pillows and sheets were not of a good quality.

Summary: Overall lovely just the problem with lack of ac or fans

Positive: The location was perfect, it's within 1hr of Le Mont Saint Michel and plenty of other sites too. The gite is so well equipped for disabled guests, everything is on one floor with no steps so easily accessible for those with difficulty walking. The gite is very clean indeed, with a kitchen that contains everything we needed.

Negative: We had to swat a lot of flies if we left the windows open in the evenings but that won't stop us returning next year.

Summary: Absolutely perfect, we'll all be back!
