From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with a big hug, and I left feeling the same warmth. The host doesn’t just open his home, but also his heart — making you feel like part of the family from the very beginning. I had the chance to learn about the beautiful culture of Malaysia, share stories, and enjoy delicious home-cooked meals together. I was even kindly invited to join their Eid celebration at the end of Ramadan, which made my stay incredibly special and unforgettable. The villa itself is authentic, comfortable, and set in a beautiful location. You can also use the kitchen, which makes it feel even more like home. The host was exceptionally kind and flexible — when I arrived a day late, he happily adjusted my booking and even upgraded me to a premium room at no extra cost, which was such a generous gesture. It was honestly hard to leave — in such a short time, it felt like I had gained not just a place to stay, but new friends, even family. I couldn’t recommend this place more if you’re looking for a genuine and heartfelt experience.

Positive: Everything at Gio’s house is perfect. The house is very authentic and clean. The room I had haa a big bed, some storage, ac and even a balcony with the best view over Gio’s lovely garden. The best part of the stay was Gio of course. He his the best host you can get. He will make you feel welcome, help you with everything you need and knows the island like the back of his hands so he will give you all of the best unknown spots of the island. The location is also perfect it’s close to Telaga pier and the airport, also you can easily reach some supermarkets and shops. It’s truly an amazing place 🫶🏻
