Summary: Its best value with breakfast and dinner buffet served with mix of south and north indian dishes. Friendly staff loading your fridge with plenty of water and providing you clean rooms . Bedding can be improved a bit but overall excellent value with access to CUSAT metro just few feet away and can cover most of the attraction like trikkakkara , chottanikkara, kodingallur and tripunithara accessible with in uber drive
