Summary: This was my furst experience staying in a B&B, and after this it will be hard to stay in a hotel again. The house is absolutely beautiful! If you love old homes, you want to stay here. The architectural details are amazing. The owners were so welcoming and kind. The breakfast was yummy! The room and bathroom was clean and comfortable. The rates are very reasonable. If I travel back to Salisbury again, I will definitely be returning to Gillis Grier.

Summary: Luiz & Rhonda are “Awesome”hosts. The house was great more like a museum. Our room was really nice and quiet. Breakfast was fresh fruit on waffles with bacon, omelet, and eggs Benedict. Rhonda definitely went above and beyond making our meals gluten free. We’ll return again in the future. I highly recommend this bed & breakfast you’ll love it. Ken & Cindy

It’s a rare find you almost don’t want to share and keep to yourself, but you also want to scream from a mountain top STAY AT THIS PLACE because the owners deserve their business to boom. The house is enchanting and a trip back in time with craftsmanship details and accents you don't get to see often. It’s an older home, but the love and care the owners have poured into it really shows. They are always improving and make it feel both timeless and comfortable. Cozy beds, inviting spaces, little touches that make you feel less like a guest and more like you’ve been welcomed into someone’s cherished home.
