Positive: Lovely property & Caroline was extremely helpful throughout including greeting us at the start. Really kind to leave cereals, milk etc. 15 min walk to the centre and Edinburgh Castle, well positioned for everything. Would recommend!

Positive: Lovely area, close enough to town and parks you can walk in or get the bus. Underfloor heating was great. The owner was there to welcome us and shown us the essentials. We would stay here again!

Located in a quiet area, yet close to the city center, bars, and attractions. The owner is extremely kind and helpful, with excellent communication before arrival. I highly recommend it!

Positive: The property was absolutely spotless and so cozy, with very easy heating controls and wonderful kitchen / bathroom facilities. Caroline was a brilliant host and so helpful and welcoming, we greatly appreciated the attention to detail from hot drink facilities down to shortbread and even a lovely bottle of wine! We will absolutely consider this place first when we next come back to Edinburgh.

Negative: It wasn’t too close to the very city centre but was absolutely perfect for the places we were interested in (the old tow, the castle, and Usher Hall).

Summary: Utter comfort and relaxation with every need met.

Positive: The property was spotless. The host explained everything very clearly when we met to receive the keys (and also great instructions on how to use all appliances). Very quiet location with no traffic noise. Some tea bags, coffee etc. left for guests. Really nice touch to have some shortbread biscuits left out for us too. Leaving was super easy as just needed to leave the keys on the table.

Negative: It was great. Cannot think of anything negative to say!
