Summary: It was perfectly located to many places. I loved the backyard with beautiful trees to help shade from the hot sun and it was fenced in which was perfect for my medium sized dog. We had fun playing pool and enjoying the strobe light speaker. We definately will stay again. Thank you for having such a cute and comfy home away from home we for our family getaway.

Summary: This property was incredible — the neighborhood was just bliss. It was the most inviting neighborhood I’ve experienced yet in Phoenix (I live in Phoenix). There is a spacious grassy area if you want to take your little ones, two or four legged. We had a great time. The house itself was gorgeous and they had thought of everything. There was a ping pong table / billiard table that we had a blast (and workout) using. I would highly (highly) recommend this house. The yard was well shaded with the prettiest, softest grass and ample space for your family to spread out. 11/10, worth it.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and nicely furnished with a pool/ping pong table game room. The appliances were top of the line for a rental property. Good quality bedding and towels were provided. We especially liked the backyard. There was a nice grass area for our dog and several trees. We enjoyed picking the lemons for our ice tea. We loved the walks in this quiet and safe neighborhood. The houses were well taken care of. Because of weather issues, we asked if we could arrive early. Jasmine was prompt and very flexible in her assistance. We would love to stay again in the future!

Summary: Location was perfect and house had everything you would need. Small issue was the lock on the back slider door. That was broken and a stick was provided to ensure closure. Area is safe but I prefer knowing door was actually locked. Hope that will be resolved next time I stay there. It was a pleasure staying there, good location, quiet neighborhood - Overall I would rate this property well. Had all conveniences, appliances are updated, easy to access, good communication with property manager. Enclosed back yard with orange and lemon trees, was perfect for me and my dog.

Summary: My family and I enjoyed our stay. The property was perfect for us. The house was spacious, very clean, and furnished well with furniture and kitchen supplies. We would without a doubt stay again.

Summary: The property was OK, nothing great. Best thing for our trip was its close proximity to a family wedding. Property shows some wear, especially in the bathrooms. 2nd TV never worked as advertised. Of the dishes used (mainly glassware), many had to be washed prior to using. Suggest leaving more clear directions on TV/Netflix use. The TV had to be "rebooted" to re-connect to wifi the first two days of the stay.
