Summary: The house was great. Overall it was the best house that we have stayed at. Everyone had a great time and we would definitely rent again.

Summary: Going into our trip we knew that the house had sustained hurricane Ian damage. There had been several communications leading up to our actual arrival. Seeing the devistation in Fort Meyer beach says it all. We could not have asked for a better property manager than Gunther. He communicated daily throughout our stay and wanted to know all the details. There were issues, but nothing that prevented us from enjoying our time there., and we were happy to have accommodations for our large group. I do no not have anything bad to state. It was a pleasure.
