Positive: The rooms are quite big and there is kitchen inside.
Negative: It is not a hotel but a nursing home with some rooms free. Our stay for a night was nice but as we were expected to visit a hotel, we felt misguided. Most of the personnel (nurses) were friendly but some of them didn't speak English, so the communication was a bit difficult.
Summary: Nice rooms, but actually not a hotel
