Summary: This was the perfect stay if you are looking for a quaint town, ease of check in, fantastic accommodations-fresh, new, spotless and so very comfortable are just a few words that come to mind. This unique Airbnb is in walking distance to restaurants and shops. The hosts were quick to respond. We were traveling to Asheville to donate children’s books and plushies to a school affected by Helene, so I’ve included some photos of The Grumpy Biscuit and Grumpy himself- looking happy because he had a great stay and highly recommends Gibson’s Warehouse. It’s a surprisingly wonderful find!

Summary: Excellent stay at Gibsons Warehouse, perfect stay, spotlessly clean, and stocked with everything you need for a short stay. Parking was easy, as well as building/room access. Location is perfect as well, park the car and walk to everything you need.

Summary: What a great hotel ! The owners have converted an old warehouse into a wonderful hotel. It’s small, I believe it’s only six rooms. Our suite was beautiful and everything was modern. The king size bed was extremely comfortable. The kitchen had everything one would want, even though we did no cooking. Antique stores and shops are just two blocks away. We parked, for free, directly in front of the hotel. We went out the front door at our car was right there. We frequently drive from Delaware to South Carolina and stop somewhere midway overnight. We no longer must make a decision about where to stay. This hotel will be our go to place.

Summary: A unique hotel, great large clean comfortable hotel room. Walking distance to great restaurants and city shopping. We will definitely stay at Gibson’s Warehouse next time we visit Staunton VA.

Summary: We fought a wonky common door coded lock. Sometimes opened first try, sometimes tenth try. It is a great apartment. Wish the windows could open for fresh air. Nice location, but odd noises from upstairs. Overall it was a mixed positive overall stay. Would recommend it with a few heads-ups.
