Our Little Gray Cabin is tucked inside Northshore's quintessential Tahoe Vista neighborhood...just steps away from sunny Moon Dune beach, just minutes away from powdery slopes and just waiting for you and yours to create and capture great times and incredible memories.
We've owned our Little Gray Cabin since 2000 and have recently opened the doors for others to enjoy the wide-open deck, the easy stroll to town, adjacent hiking trails, beach proximity and overall Lake Tahoe wonders.
This quaint cabin is perfect for a couple’s getaway or for a memorable family retreat. The cottage interior details and period-relevant furnishings enhance knotty pine walls, stonework and hardwood flooring.
Crack open the board games, stroll through the adjacent meadow, wander over to the golf course or cuddle in front of the wood-burning stove while taking in the views of the surrounding forest. Prepare meals in the retro well-equipped kitchen or walk to nearby fine or casual dining. Spend your time lounging on the sunny deck or stroll to nearby Moon Dune beach. For Winter guests, Northstar and Diamond Peak resorts are a short drive. Non-skiers who still enjoy the seasonal outdoors can pack in a fun day of sledding at the North Tahoe Park National Ave that's five minutes away by car.
The downstairs bedroom features an antique double iron bed with cozy patchwork Pottery Barn bedding. The upstairs loft has three twin beds and a TV/DVR for guest(s) who want to sneak away from the downstairs crowd watching separate programming on the larger television.

Summary: This is one of our favorite places period. The cottage is clean, warm, and cozy. We love using this as home base when we come to Tahoe to ski. The kitchen has everything you need to fix a big meal and we love having laundry facilities so that we can thrown in a load when we come home from skiing.

Summary: The cabin was absolutely perfect for us. My family and I enjoyed staying here. It was super clean and it had everything we needed. Plenty of beds and even some board games that we had fun playing.The host was really nice and helpful. The beach is only about 5 mins away walking which was awesome. Thank you!

Summary: My daughters, friend, and I had an amazing Girls' Weekend. The cabin is adorable and provided the perfect setting for all of us to catch up and relax. We enjoyed a hike right from the cabin and were only minutes from Kings Beach and restaurants. I can't wait to stay again!

Summary: What a great ski getaway for our family. The cottage was a close drive to both Diamond Peak and Homewood. After a day of skiing, we enjoyed making a hearty meal in the well-equipped kitchen and spending the evening watching shows and playing games. The cottage is super clean and we loved the decor! Communicating with the owner was easy and quick. We would definitely come back again!
