Positive: It is walking distance to the beach (15 min walk), it is located in a residential area. Also supermarket and downtown takes 15, 20 min walk which is not bad. Used the swimming pool, which is small. It is a small hotel, probably 12 rooms in total. It was good for what I wanted: going to the beach. The room size is just as any US chain hotel. The property itself looks a little bit run down, but the room served it purpose. The area is quiet and you can sleep well after a day at the beach. AC worked well, and it has a fridge and a microwave and hot water.

Negative: It is kind of expensive compared to hotel rooms, of the same type, in other countries. But St. Croix is expensive (food, taxis, etc).

Positive: Nice location if you’re visiting for carnival, warm friendly owners, quiet area feels like home, local cable and streaming services available, nice size tv.

Negative: Furniture around property a bit old, gaps in doors lets in bugs, housekeeping didn’t make up/clean room when we left. Bed had the wrong frame so it stuck out and my wife kept hitting her shin on it very painful.

Summary: Lovely place lovely people minor improvements needed, a bit pricey for an inn but worth it for carnival.

Positive: The host Deborah was very helpful and service minded and really made a difference for us. The location is central and you can walk to the, town or the wonderful beach at West end bay and continue all the way to the Sandy point, during the periods it is open (check with the national park services). However, we found the beach just before you enter the national park one of the best we have experienced i USVI, across all the three Islands. Both for swimming and snorkling. And very few people go there. It is next to the abandoned Frederiksted pool. Our kids also really enjoyed the pool at Georges royal in.
