Positive: Anna and Costas were the hosts that you really only hear about or read about in dreamy novels. They are the absolute epitome of hospitality. For the entire month I was there, despite our linguistic differences, they checked on me nearly every day to ensure I had everything I needed - and this came with a side of delicious, local homecooked food. I really felt more like I was staying with the Greek grandparents I never had. This is all in addition to stunning views and comfortable accommodations.

Negative: While it wasn't really a bother, since it's more suited to visit here on holiday and immerse yourself in nature, the wifi isn't always the most reliable. But who needs wifi with views like these?

Positive: Super clean studio with amazing sea views close to a nice beach. Hosts were very friendly with amazing Greek hospitality. The fresh fruits and homemade biscuits were delicious!

Positive: The view was excellent. It is literally near the beach and you can walk to the beach in 3 minutes. but special thanks to Ana and Kostas.. They really took care of us and gave us traditional food from common turkish-greek cuisine. Even though it was not specified in the booking information. The room was very tidy and clean and we had a balcony with a table, we enjoyed our evenings in that balcony.

Negative: the location was really far away from the city center but if you have car it is not problem and facility is on the bus line.

Summary: Excellent hosts, excellent hotel, excellent view

Positive: I loved it from the first second. The view, the calm energy, the owners, everything! Anna and Kostas are so great. You can tell they are amazing people, caring people and for me they became a part of my family. I was there for 10 days and was so sad to leave. Positive: The property was situated on the coast, with gorgeous views of the water. We LOVED the hosts. The hosts were so nice and accommodating, and they made us feel at home. They brought us plenty of fresh fruit and sweets. They were so wonderful and nice. If I ever go back to Lesbos, I will definitely stay with them!

Positive: There was no Breakfast., The host (Kostas) and his wife (Anna) showered us with home made food, Cookies and fruit every day. They even gave us 2 small bottles of home made wine (white and red). We don't drink but my brother in-law who tasted and eventual drunk both bottles he said they were very good. The view of the blue sea was excellent.

Negative: The shower could be a bit roomier.

Summary: It was very good , we plan to return next year. The beach at Xampelia was a 3 min. walk.
