Negative: Found hairs in bed sheets. Very noisy during the night as located on busy street.

Positive: The staff were terrific and the location was good. Parking arrangements are good. Good Nespresso.

Negative: Excessive unrealistic marketing. Poor toilet plumbing and dated shower. Being sold as "modern boutique". The place is dated and neither modern or boutique.

Positive: Your great points were your friendly and efficient staff and your room which was really comfortable, well equipped family space and clean.

Negative: The food was a huge disappointment, could do way better with little effort and cost to use fresh products. We all had the squashed avocado which was guacamole from a tub and tasteless eggs, half of which we all left behind.
