Positive: We only stayed one night. After visiting the Blue Lagoon, I wanted to see a bit of Grindavík. The hotel is clean and our room was a good size. The water smells of sulfur. It's nothing dramatic, but bring water to drink! Everything was fine and check-in and check-out were super smooth.

Positive: It is nice, clean and has comfortable beds. The personnel is very helpful. They also provide a little bottle of prosseco which feels a nice detail :)

Negative: It is a bit strange that is in a town that seems a ghost town because it was evacuated because of the volcanoes but other than that it was good

Positive: Hotel has reopened not so long time ago and can be a step for volcano trek or blue lagoon. Rooms are quite comfortable and quiet, good choice for breakfast. Nice staff.

Negative: TV didn’t work and there was bad smell in first room so we had to move after first night; staff was nice but while we stayed 5 nights, room was cleaned only one time and everytime we had to ask for emptying the trash bean and for new towels, which doesn’t make it professional at all. Pity alarm woke us up at 6 am for the last night too.
