Positive: It has everything you need & lovely indoor pool for cooler days.

Negative: Checkin is at 4pm & we had to get taxi to place to pick up keys which is a bit of hassle as it was quite a bit from apartments.

Summary: This is 2nd time staying here. I do like the apartments just checkin at different places is a bad point

Positive: We love the location and the apartment and the lady I spoke with at fincas arena was very pleasant and was also very helpful ,we also had a great view from the balcony which we enjoyed in a morning with our coffee ,the apartment it's self is very spacious could just do with a couple of things replacing but over all very good .

Negative: I found the pillows on the beds need replacing they were to flat and uncomfortable and the kettle needs replacing because I found when we put water in it it was leaking but apart from those minor things it was a great apartment .

Positive: An excellent location but a little dated. Small things needed like plugs in sink and washbasin, (provide by me.) Pull out bed very outdated, not very comfortable to sit on. But overall, a good location to enjoy the delights of Benidorm. Thank you very much.
