Positive: The staff were amazing. Super friendly. Super attentive and just made the whole experience fun.. Mare, Catalina, Lee and all the team and housekeeping were excellent. Drinks and food were great value for money and a good quality.
Negative: I would’ve liked to have used the gym room but it was dark and dusty and not inviting.
Summary: The fabulous staff make it fun even during the cyclone!

Positive: The staff were so friendly and welcoming, anything you asked they were happy to help. It had a real community feel to it which we loved everyone ate together, all got to know one another, this really made our trip. The beach was gorgeous with snorkelling right on your doorstep the reef was great. You can also pay to go on a snorkelling trip to the coral gardens which was fantastic would highly recommend!!
Negative: Around the resort could have been cleaned up a little some areas looked run down, but didn’t take away from our experience. Also having more gluten free options for dessert would be great!

Positive: Location for things to do we had a higher car. I think that makes all the difference staying here.
Negative: Staff were great, but you can tell they are struggling with whatever budget they have to work with, after a day of adventure the pool is great .
Summary: Ideal location if you have your own hire car as there are some great eateries nearby.

Positive: The staff really make this place. What a beautiful, friendly, welcoming group of people! Comfortable accommodation and very clean. We loved the extensive grounds and gardens and having a choice of 2 pools which were well maintained. The dining room offers an extensive menu and the drinks list caters for all tastes. Exceptional value for money and a big shout out to Mary and Katalina - we miss you already xx
Negative: WiFi was not always reliable and depended on frequent recharge vouchers. Some general maintenance needed on the property but for the price we have no complaints.
