Positive: First impressions were very favorable, as the apartment is huge, clean, and bright and airy. We had problems with the circuit breaker and WIFI - both were addressed promptly. We were kindly given small pats of butter to use, so we didn't have to return to town to buy any. A staff member carried our backpacks to our room on the second floor.

Negative: There are NO convenient electrical outlets in either bedroom or the living room, which was a problem. I can't imagine staying in a place where the electrical outlet is by the bedroom door, not by the bed or the couch, but only on the far wall in the living area. The lighting situation was also bizarre - only overhead lighting in both the living room and the bedrooms. The light switch in the bedroom turned on the lights over the bed and also on the far wall! You couldn't plug in a phone, charger, computer, or anything in the bedroom. The wifi connection was nonexistent, even though a staff member tried to help. I would NOT recommend staying there again.

Positive: Family enjoyed their overnight stay. Staff were welcoming and accommodating.. Thank you for letting them check in early due to their early arrival to Fiji, really appreciated that. "Excellent" was their take on the accommodation. Spacious, clean, comfortable beds and air-conditioned. Highly recommended.. Oh Food was good too ❤👌

Negative: Payment systems, tried to use our card on their EFTPOS machine and couldnt work, had to drive to the nearest ATM to withdraw cash.
