Positive: The location was the best aspect of the accommodation.

Negative: The apartment was dirty: it had clearly not been cleaned before our arrival; surfaces were grimy, floors were sandy and appliances were greasy. I had to clean around on arrival just to be able to put anything down on the worktops. Furniture and appliances were also old and the whole apartment in need of refurbishment. Hence, not good value for money at all.
