Summary: I liked the cleanness of the room, but it was too warm in the room. The front desk personnel was very helpful, especially three female staff were super kind and polite. I would like to thank those ladies who helped me kindly. But the male staff was too rude to ask any questions. He was reluctant to explain about the use of the use of a restaurant and the menu orders. Over all it was a very nice place stay for a few days and relax.

Summary: Nice hotel. Glad we drove to the hotel in the daytime. AC did not work too well, tried to get it to work in second room but didn’t work, clothes were still damp not much dried. Restaurant was nice with limited options, but knew that when we booked it. Was a bit disappointed that the jets in the jacuzzi didn’t work since it was one of the reasons we chose that room.

Summary: Beautiful property. The spa pools blu cost $3 USD t use. They have a beautiful arboretum and museum of the flora of Gaya mountain that is free. The hiking trails are easily accessed to the side of the property. Food at the hotel dining room is well presented and delicious. Great mountain air. We stayed in an annex which was only $44 USD per night booked ahead but when I checked online the day before our arrival the price had dropped to an incredible $30 USD per night.

Summary: This was a really lovely and convenient stay. The rooms are clean and very spacious. The staff were kind and helpful. The area is very quiet and picturesque.
