Summary: No hooks or towel bars in the bathroom. Also, the uncarpeted room could use a throw rug for winter guests tracking in snow.

Summary: Older rooms, very cold ceramic tile floors, bring something warm for your feet! Lakeside. Heat is run through a/c and is ver loud. No decaf coffee but a good assortment of others. No wash cloth. Linens ok. No check in or check out they just left the key in the room when it was ready.

Summary: Path way to room was not cleared and had 6” of snow in it that you had to walk through. There is no front desk attendant present on site so the flowers I ordered could not be delivered. I was met in the parking lot by a man and was checked in on his phone that had problems loading while we stood outside awkwardly waiting.

Summary: The room was nice and clean. It was just what we needed. It was wierd to check in over the phone and not deal with a person face to face. We felt neglected with no one on the property. All and all it was a good stay

Summary: Room was acceptable. One of the 2 beds needs a new mattress, box spring. No internet that night. TV didn't work but Alex the person on site was super nice and got it going. Clean room, older place.

Summary: Had to call to check-in, nobody present, was not contacted with room number in advance. Wifi not working, bedside lighting neither. Clean and nice overall

Summary: Check-in went poorly. Hotels.com said 3 pm check in but property said 4 pm...had to leave for a while or pay a $35 early check in fee. Bathroom tiny and no shelving for toilettries. Bed loud because unscrewed from wall.
