Our fenced in yard makes it perfect for furry friends which are welcome with an additional fee. In order to provide an excellent experience for all of our guests we allow responsible dog owners to bring WELL BEHAVED dogs (up to 3) during their stay. A deep cleaning is performed after each pet stay, and an additional fee of $25 per night is assessed.
I also have a home in Sugar House that sleeps 6 guests, a home in Jordanelle/Deer Valley that sleeps 6 guests, a home in South Jordan that sleeps 13 guests, a home in Bountiful that sleeps 9 guests, a home in Kenilworth that sleeps 6 guests, and a home Downtown Salt Lake that sleeps 6 guests. 1- NO SMOKING OR VAPING inside the home or within 10 feet of entrance. There is a $200 fine if this rule is broken.
2- ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR UNREGISTERED GUESTS. Quiet time is from 10 pm-8 am. Be aware that we have outside security cameras for the safety and protection of our property and to monitor guest count.
3- WELL BEHAVED dogs are accepted with a nightly fee of $25. Dogs may not be left unattended and are not allowed on any furniture or bedding. We provide a pet bed, but your pet may be more comfortable with a blanket from home as well. There is a $50 poop scooping fee if poop fairy has to clean up any messes left behind. Please clean up after your fur babies.
4- There is a $25 per hour LATE CHECKOUT/EARLY ARRIVAL FEE. Please message us if you need to make arrangements so we can be properly prepared.
5- HOT TUB RULES ARE POSTED at the property. Guests must fill out Hot Tub Agreement Form at the time of booking and follow all of the rules agreed upon.
There is a $75 cleaning fee and $400 repair fee if necessary.
5- LOCALS MUST MESSAGE US BEFORE BOOKING! We need to get a little more information about your reason for staying with us.
6- LONGER STAYS require more frequent cleanings. Cleanings will be scheduled every two weeks and billed at the time of booking.
7- PLEASE LEAVE FURNITURE AND DECORATIONS as they are! Moving items can cause damages and takes our cleaning team longer to prepare for the next guests. There is a $150 fine for breaking this rule.

Summary: This property was neat and clean and nicely remodeled. The Hostess provided lots of nice amenities from coffee and spices in the kitchen to lotion and shampoo in the bathroom. It's also a great place for a pet to stay - all of the neighborhoods around it have sidewalks to walk on. I thought it was all very nice and would definitely stay there again.

Summary: The house is very clean and well stocked. Anything you could possibly think of needing in a rental, it was there. The beds were comfortable and the house was decorated so cute. After a long day of riding ATV’s we were even able to wash our dusty clothes. There were laundry supplies readily available. During our stay, the host messaged and asked if there was anything else we needed. We definitely recommend this property and will stay here again in the future.
