Positive: A great location to get to southwold without the southwold price tag. The beds were comfortable and each room was well presented. Parking was easy and the garden was a lovely space.

Negative: The bathroom door was very difficult to slide, the kids couldn’t do it without help. The kitchen was really greasy when we arrived and I had to wipe everything over with hot soapy water as the floor was so sticky. The oven had been used for something very fatty and smoked a lot when we used it. I was asked to check in 45 minutes later than planned because the cleaners wouldn’t be finished on time. So I guess they rushed the kitchen! The rest of the house was clean and the bedrooms very clean.

Positive: It was nicely decorated, comfortable and the kitchen had good facilities

Negative: It didn’t include basics like washing up liquid, toilet roll or bin bags. The property description was misleading about the garden in that it was not adjoined to the property, so letting our dog out meant accompanying him across an open space where other dogs were sometimes. I was specifically looking for a house which had a garden adjoining the back door.

Summary: Very pleasant stay and great support when we couldn’t get the oven to work.

Positive: It was very clean and well organised. There was everything you could possibly need just like at home !

Negative: The property is close to main road so was a bit noisy if you leave the window open during the night , and the property would benefit from upstairs toilet
