Summary: Beautiful setting surrounded by water. Friendly & helpful staff. Spacious comfortable room & bathroom. Good vibes, bright, busy. We loved the terrasse and atmosphere.

Summary: Staff very welcoming at reception, room looked a little tired, a very rusty radiator in the bathroom set the tone, ample parking, didn't have breakfast so can't comment but we did have the carvery which was delicious. Drinks were a little expensive, £12 for a pint of fosters and a small pinot. Wetherspoons not 2 far away hence the moan regarding drinks prices. we have visited many times before but now they are under new management. Location fantastic very central to lots of amenities.

Summary: This Hotel is an old building. The room was modern and generally well-appointed, but the big problem was heat. The weather had been hot for some time and the first room I was given was unbearably hot, with two fans stirring the hot air around and the (South facing) window only able to open about 100mm. The carvery was good with a wide range of vegetables and meat carved for you. Breakfast was not included and I was disappointed at the one-cost for all, whether you only wanted a continental style or full English.

Summary: We chose to stay here for our Sapphire wedding anniversary and surprise our friends who live here. I was informed that events were taking place so the room could be noisey but i never heard anything. Staff were very friendly our room was clean and tidy. Happy with our stay would stay there again. Cannot comment on the breakfast as we booked room only.
