Positive: The house is wonderful, well furnished and very clean and convenient to the parks. The kitchen was well furnished and great for meal prep. Would stay again.

Negative: The bedroom pillows are extremely flat, and the windows could use blackout shades as the rooms are very light at night. Also could use kitchen scissors.

Positive: This house was really impressive. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable with lots of soft high quality towels. The bed linen was spotless. There was lots of cooking utensils in the kitchen where again everything was clean and worked well. The laundry room was perfect and included an airer which other places don't always do. Parking was easy right outside the door on a wide uncrowded street. We especially enjoyed the outside space and the gas BBQ and it was covered so we could enjoy it in all weathers. Exeter is a really nice small town with some lovely murals that we enjoyed exploring and a nice atmosphere. There were a couple of good supermarkets and a variety of independent restaurants. The key code entry is great as there was no worrying about who had the key - all round we had a great stay in a property we would happily re-visit over and over again.

Negative: Nothing to dislike but a pair of kitchen scissors would have been useful.

Positive: The location is quiet and close to downtown Exeter, which is a hidden gem. It was also easy to get to Visalia, whose downtown is filled with locally owned restaurants and shops - to our delight, there were no chain restaurants to be seen. The house is spacious, inviting, clean, and stocked with necessities plus some bonus extras, and had a cute outdoor garden that we wished we had more time to enjoy. We appreciated the extra blankets, puzzles and board games, stocked kitchen and messaging center. We needed to be close to town, but were there as a family to visit Sequoia, which is about a 30min drive from the house.

Negative: The house was impeccably clean, but smelled heavily like pine sol, which was quite noticeable for the 3 days we were there. We did wish that the pillows were a bit fluffier, or at least had some alternatives to the very flat pillows on the beds (we don't normally travel with our own pillows), and some of the street-facing windows have blinds that are missing a couple of slats.

Summary: Clean, spacious home close to lovely downtowns and about 30min from the gates of Sequoia
