Positive: This is the perfect spot to experience Salzburg as a local. A centuries old house done up nicely & tucked away at the edge of the old town’s pedestrian zone offering walking distance to any must-see.

Negative: Coming from a property that had 24/7 reception and multiple staff, I felt fairly abandoned by only seeing/communicating with the one person responsible for guest relations. Additionally, I was unable to reach her most of the time due to difficulties with using the phone. She was, however, cordial and informative when I did see her.
