Positive: From the moment we booked, the host communicated effectively throughout the lead up up until the date of arrival. Once we arrived he provided us with lots of information regarding local sites to visit, places to eat out, places to shop and much much more. The welcome was fantastic and the property was perfect for our needs, exceptionally clean and spacious.. It had everything we needed and the views were spectacular. The house was remote therefore was nice and quiet. The security of the property was fantastic allowing us to secure the gate when we're out and about. There was onside parking also for our Rental car. We were within a 5 minute drive from local amenities and restaurants, and for us, only 60 mins to our favourite ski resort. Overall an amazing little 💎 that would suit every need. Thank you for your attentiveness.... we loved every minute. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 ++++++

Positive: Lovely house in its own garden with a superb central location and amenities. Plenty of space for relaxation as well as sight seeing and excursions. There was a problem with the heating during our stay. The owner communicated very clearly and got the problem fixed the next working day and gave us a lovely bottle of red wine as an apology. He was also very helpful with tips for excursions and eating out. A great host 😃There’s a BBQ in the garden including the traditional one for arrosticini, so we made our own 😋

Negative: Some of the furniture is a it dated.

Positive: We loved the place - a traditional country house set in its own gardens with views of the mountains and only five minutes by car to shops and restaurants. We spent six nights there, long enough for problems to surface, but there were none. The kitchen is well equipped with everything necessary if you wanted to prepare your own meals after a day out, and there's even a barbecue on the ground floor for the more adventurous cooks. If you're travelling light and need to wash clothes - not a problem either. The location worked well for us as we wanted to do some walking, visit old abbeys, churches, natural springs, nature reserves, and hermitages - and eat in country restaurants! Only 30 minutes away is Pescara for a taste of city life, and less than that to the airport. Moreover, the owner Francesco was always available with advice and recommendations. And it was nice to know there was someone to turn to if anything should go wrong on our holiday. We had a good time!
