Summary: The staff was super friendly at check in (really felt my wife and I feel welcome). They had little things like a popcorn machine with fresh popcorn available throughout the day. I really found the staff super personable.

Summary: Very nice staff, helpful. Accommodating for a baby. The breakfast was great though the pancake machine was having issues. Lots of other food though. We hadn’t planned to swim but the front desk said the pump was getting fixed first thing in the morning.

Summary: We arrived at the hotel around 11:30 PM and were met with a rather unremarkable welcome at the front desk — not rude, but definitely not warm or engaging. The room was spacious, which was a plus, but it felt quite damp, and the bathroom didn’t seem thoroughly cleaned. The toilet paper wasn’t sealed as you’d typically expect in most hotels and was oddly installed upside down. The toilet seat lid was also poorly installed, making it feel unstable when sitting down. We also noticed some mold in a few spots near the bathtub. The highlight of our stay was definitely the breakfast. There were good options for the whole family, including milk for our toddler, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was okay for just one night, but I wouldn’t have wanted to stay any longer.
