Positive: The hotel staff were super friendly and the room was very clean. The whole facility was decorated for Halloween and it was amazing.

Negative: The breakfast area was crowded and a little hard to move around one morning but it wasn't bad.

Summary: The Garrison is a wonderful place to stay and close to downtown Dover and Durham and I will go back.

Positive: Friendly staff and beautiful clean hotel. Nice complementary breakfast and 24 hour coffee/tea bar .

Negative: There is limited parking. We got there late and there were no spots to park. Also there are no housekeeping services unless you request it. This should be told to you as you check in. It is not , it is written on a paper on the hotel room. If you don't read the paper you have no idea. When I went to the desk to ask about my room being cleaned they told me it's their policy. I do think that should be told to you when you check in as I would have requested daily housekeeping.
