Positive: Staff very welcoming ,friendly and patient 😊 The hotel was easy to find parking great .Reception area lovely and spacious clean and welcoming .we were on the first floor directions were clear on how to get there corridors and lift very clean ,Our room was well presented and very clean which was a lovely supprise as travelling with our dog we have experience of poor decor and unclean places with smells of other dogs ect this was total opposite which was lovely for us to relax. Bed was huge and comfy everything that we required for a stay was there i didn't get any of the staffs names to those we met thank you x We stayed here too go to a dog show in newark

Negative: The room desperately needs a refurb around shower tray was mouldy, bathroom door broken wood at the bottom, fan in bathroom not working so steam from shower fills the bathroom probably why it’s mouldy.
