Positive: Everything was amazing. Communication and assistance from the staff was amazing! They helped us find dinner reservations, helped us with the a/c, and took us to the wellness spa. The facilty was also so amazing! Great, great value! So romantic! And breakfast was delightful as well.

Positive: Excellent location for a visit to the Barolo area. The owner and her staff were extremely helpful. We particularly enjoyed the wine tasting carried out by Ilaria, a real expert and exceptionally eloquent. We were also impressed with the wellness facilities and with whole compound. We look forward to our next visit.
