Gardens By The Sea South (GBTSS) is a gated community in a resort setting with the beach directly across the street. No need to drive to the beach and back. Swimming pool, saunas, clubhouse, gas grills, picnic areas and beautiful gardens are on site. This condo has two dedicated parking spaces for your use.
Conveniently located within 1.5 miles, are Lauderdale By The Sea Village Square, pier, restaurants, Publix grocery store, CVS, Dunkin Donuts and other shops. Public transportation stops just outside our gate on A1A.
This 4th floor, end-corner, condo is fully furnished including linens, kitchenware, 5 ceiling fans, and laundry facilities on site. The updated kitchen has everything you need, well stocked, including a dishwasher and garbage disposal. Dining table comfortably seats 6 when using the leaf.
Breakfast on the East facing lanai is delightful. Beautiful sunsets from the West are a spectacular view from our condo.
Master bedroom (king size bed) has an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower & walk-in closet.
Guest bathroom with tub/shower is located beside the guest bedroom (queen size bed).
The condo offers elevator, internet WiFi, central AC, 55" and 32" flat screen LCD TVs.
Beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach towels, are stored in the condo for your use.
Pets and smoking are not allowed in the condo.

Summary: Been living in Florida 64 years and finally found the best neighborhood by the seashore. The apartment is a 10 as are the hosts. Clean and smartly decorated. We would stay for another month if we could.

Summary: John and Mary’s place is a great get away to test and relax by the shore . Quiet beachside community and stylish apartment with all of the necessary amenities. We have enjoyed this place so much we booked for 1 month and will be staying for at least 4. Highly recommended . Better than it seems in the add . Fir fin in the sun this is a great option . We would stay again some day for sure 👍👍👍💯💯💯💯

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for the month. Fenomenal Hosts that respond quickly to all of your questions and messages. Quiet stylish apartment with everything that we expected. We were pleasantly surprised since walking in to a very clean and nicely decorated place and had a memorable and relaxing time . If you like to have fun in the sun , this place is for you. 2 minute walk to the pool and 5 minutes to the Beach. Highly recommended- five star accommodation s. 👏👏👏⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Summary: John and Mary have a beautiful condo at LBTS. We didn’t want to leave. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The entire condo was fully stocked. Very clean . It overlooked the pool and was directly across the street from the beach. They have very nice neighbors. They have hurricane shutters which were perfect for Ian. The only thing that was a negative, was that the elevator broke down 2-3 times. But that’s a risk you take “living the condo life.” Overall — highly recommend staying here!

Summary: We truly enjoyed our stay at Gardens by the Sea South! The apartment was beautiful and clean. It had everything that we needed for our stay. We loved the lanai overlooking the pool. All of the neighbors we met were very welcoming too. We would definitely stay there again.
