Summary: Our stay had both positive and negative aspects. Unfortunately, the beach was not enjoyable because it was covered in seaweed. Upon arrival, our room key didn’t work. We had to return to the front desk three times before the issue was finally resolved. After the third attempt, an IT technician came and fixed the problem. The hotel itself is in need of significant repairs and maintenance. Another downside was the extremely loud music from a party in the lobby. It was impossible to sit there and have a conversation because of the noise. On the positive side, the breakfast staff were outstanding, especially Bianca. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive, making every breakfast a pleasant experience. The front desk team was also very kind and welcoming throughout our stay. Overall, while the staff provided excellent service, the maintenance issues, beach conditions, and excessive noise detracted from the overall experience.

Summary: First time here and everything was fabulous. Will definitely return Aljeandra was the nicest and most helpful person. She made sure our stay was perfect. That being said the other ladies at the desk were very friendly also. The staff at the beach bar were amazing. And the young man doing our umbrella at the beach was wonderful. The room was nice location was walking to Publix like a couple of minutes and other stores too. Safe area never felt scared at all day or night. Great security for the building

Summary: This was a good hotel with a great location. We were in town helping our son move to the area so it wasn’t a true vacation for us. We were on the beach on day 1 of our stay and that was it but it was very enjoyable. The staff seemed very nice and no complaints about our overall stay. I thought I had booked a king with a sofa (but must have had my hotels mixed up) and it was just a room with a king bed. The hotel couldn’t accommodate a roll-away bed for one night as my son’s move-in date wasn’t until the day after we checked in. My fault for getting things mixed up but it would have been nice if they had this. The beach attendant was great. My only complaint is that check-out could have been smoother. We had one double charge for my son’s overnight parking. They took care of it but it took longer than it should have, and of course, we were in a bit of a hurry or it wouldn’t have been a big deal at all. We will definitely be returning to the area on a regular basis now that we have family in the area and I can see staying here again on one of our trips. The location and beach access were the top draws for us and we hope to use the beach a lot more the next time we’re in town.

Summary: We truly enjoyed our stay. Room was clean, breakfast was good & staff was very friendly. My only two complaints- an instructor did not show up for 8:30 Beach yoga on Saturday. I paid for a cabana & picked out a spot at 8:30. When we got there at 11:00, our spot was taken by someone else & our cabana was not set up. It took over an hour for it to be completely set up.
