Positive: Awesome location, nice view from balcony, very clean place, a lot of privacy, friendly host, very helpful throughout the stay. I was able to wash my clothes and even make a soup in the kitchen, it has everything you need if you wanna cook.

Positive: Great location close to a market (daytime food flea market, and nighttime when we were there there was a local food market with vendors and producers of beer, food etc). Great view, balcony, old school but clean interior. Lots of nice bars and restaurants close by. Safe area also for women to stay alone, busses nearby. The beds were very comfortable. Just the sleeping sofa i would probably not pick to sleep on.
