Positive: The location was about 10 minutes from the city. Easy to walk around the lake via the garden nurseries, which also had great coffee and food. The house was very clean, comfortable and warm. It was lovely to sit outside and relax with friends.

Negative: Grass probably needed a mow but it wasn't that bad.

Summary: Lovely house for a weekend getaway with friends or family.

Positive: Absolutely loved the fresh air and space, in a huge garden so close to the city centre. Wonderful visits from the local birdlife, and a garden showing autumn colours at the same time as the early spring blooms. House well set up, and extremely easy to warm up.

Negative: Perhaps a non-slip mat for the shower would help!
