Positive: The Villa was so beautiful and provided plenty of space for me and my friends to really relax and enjoy ourselves. While not near incredibly close to Dubrovnik, we were more than happy to spend our time relaxing at the Villa, due to the well kept gardens, pool, facilities and living areas.

Negative: There was nothing that stood out as being a negative about this accommodation. While not incredibly close to Dubrovnik, this was known and accepted at the time of booking.

Summary: My friends and I had a memorable and relaxing holiday while staying at Villa Tereza.

Positive: A fabulous stylish villa with amazing gardens and lots of space. Great place to relax and unwind. Lovely swimming coves within an hours walk through woods. Easy walk on back roads to Cipili for delicious pizza and quick to get into Cavtat by car.

Negative: Not many places to eat within walking distance. Pool is ok for a social swim but in need of repair with tiles and covers coming off.

Positive: Fantastic stylish, spacious and classic mansion. Previously owned by a famous Croatian singer. All details are very nice. Easily hosts 8 persons, with extra space to receive guests

Positive: Very private. Huge garden with nice swimming pool and cool house with all one needs. Silent, even on walking distance from the airport. Great helpful Pervanovo staff. All easy going.
