Positive: Very peaceful location. Lovely decorated house. Easy parking. Peacocks in the garden. We'll equipped kitchen. Nice welcome pack. Wellies provided.

Negative: Towels very rough. Bubble bath would have been nice. Communication for key collection a little tricky. Directions should mention defibrillator box at the end of the drive.

Positive: Beautiful spacious property with everything you could possibly need. Very warm and cosy with log burner fire. Wondeful views from the garden. All on suit rooms, and the spa bath is gorgeous so relaxing. The treats left and the xmas tree up were an added bonus. Thank you. Theirs also a peacock in the garden so lovely. Beds are very comfortable. Osmotherly is a beautiful village with three pubs all serving food.

Negative: Thimbleby is a beautiful village but no shops or bars etc... Its easy to drive to near by amenities. You need to go into Osmotherley for food or drinks. It states pub within 1 mile I would say its further, beautiful walk in daylight, but very muddy in winter, and no street lights due to being country roads, the property provides wellys though. We priced to get a taxi back and was quoted £25 This would not put us off hiring the property again though.
